Peter Broderick is actually American as well, he lives in Denmark though.

With the risk of being accused of shameless self-promo (which it is, hehe!): – I had the pleasure of playing with Rumpistol in september, along with a New York based bass player, Tim Lefebvre (Rudder, Jamie Cullum) and a danish guitarist. We played a couple of shows in Denmark, and it was lots of fun.

STIGC I checked out Rumpistol and instantly dug them! Thanks man, I’m sure I’ll post a track from them on here shortly. Also, I checked out Peter Broderick’s mySpace and just found out that he and Efterklang just played a show yesterday in San Francisco, CA which is just an hour or so from my home! I totally missed out!

Thought it might interest you to know, that the guy playing violin in the Efterklang video also has an album out. His name is Peter Broderick and his new album “Home” is really great.
It’s a mellow album, and it has almost no eletronic elements, but you might enjoy it none the less.
Just thought I’d let you know.
